Turn every call into an action in your tools
Kalyvox fires a Zap as soon as a call is handled: lead created, team notified, row added, follow-up ticket opened.

A call only matters if it triggers something
Answering, qualifying and transcribing a call isn't enough: as long as the information sits in a dashboard nobody opens before the next morning, your reaction time is still that of a manual process. And on inbound requests, callback speed is one of the very few conversion factors you fully control.
The Zapier integration turns each handled call into an event that 6,000+ apps can act on. A qualified lead creates a record in your CRM, a detected emergency posts to your on-call channel, a confirmed appointment feeds your tracking sheet. All of it with no development, by assembling Zaps in a visual builder.
Capturing the call isn't the problem — what comes next is
A lead sitting in an inbox is a lost lead. Automation removes the delay between the call and the action.
Set up in three steps
Generate your API key
From the Zapier settings in your Kalyvox dashboard, in one click.
Connect Kalyvox inside Zapier
Paste the key and the Kalyvox app shows up in your connections list.
Pick your action
Call handled, appointment booked, urgent call detected — each event can trigger a Zap.
What you need before you start
- A Zapier account (the free plan is enough for a single-step Zap).
- A Kalyvox Pro or Business plan.
- An API key generated from Settings → Zapier in your dashboard.
- Access to the destination app (CRM, Slack, Sheets, billing tool…).
Typical setup time: 10 to 15 minutes for a first working Zap.
Automations by trade
The most useful Zaps depend on your business. Four concrete examples taken from real setups.
Locksmiths and emergency call-outs
Any "emergency" intent triggers a text and a Slack message to the on-call team, with the callback number and address.

Each quote request creates a CRM deal with the budget mentioned, the type of work and the preferred visit date.

Client calls are filed by matter into an Airtable or Notion base, so nobody has to hunt for who called about what.

Reservation requests flow into the floor tool or a shared sheet, with party size and preferred time.

The Zapier integration is included from the Pro plan. Solo keeps email alerts and the dashboard.

Zapier is powerful but plays by its own rules. What to know before building critical automations.
Trigger speed depends on your Zapier plan
Free accounts poll new events at a fixed interval; paid plans react faster. For on-call alerting, also rely on Kalyvox's native SMS alerts.
One API key per workspace
The key only exposes your company's calls. Don't share it outside your Zapier workspace.
Test with a real call
Zapier needs a sample event to map fields: place a test call before publishing the Zap.
No write-back from Zapier
The integration exposes calls and appointments for reading; it does not change your assistant's configuration.
Data and security
Revocable key
Delete the key from your settings and every associated Zapier connection stops working immediately.
Scoped to your company
No other customer's data is reachable, whatever the API call.
Choose the fields you pass on
In Zapier you decide which fields reach the destination app: you can leave the transcript out.
Data sent on every trigger
Each Zap receives a structured payload; you pick the fields to map into the destination app.
- Caller identity
- Callback number, name given, company where relevant.
- Detected intent
- Call reason qualified by the assistant: quote, emergency, booking, complaint, other.
- Summary and transcript
- A few-line digest, plus a link to the full transcript.
- Appointment, if any
- Date, time and reason when the call resulted in a booking.
- Call metadata
- Timestamp, duration, line called and estimated urgency level.
