Before you start
- An active phone number (landline or mobile) with any carrier.
- The ability to enable call forwarding on that number (USSD codes or carrier portal).
- A Kalyvox account with an assigned Kalyvox number.

Create your account
Sign up, enter your business name and invite your team members. - 2
Get your Kalyvox number
From Business settings, order or pick a number. Your existing calls will be forwarded to it. - 3
Enable call forwarding
On your current phone, dial your carrier's forwarding code replacing NUMBER with your Kalyvox number. Then call yourself to test. - 4
Customize your agent
In My agent, set the voice tone, opening hours, greeting message and customer scenarios.
Check that everything works
Call your usual main number. You should hear Kali's greeting, make a test request and receive an email/SMS summary a few seconds after the call ends.
