Share a booking link (Calendly & others)

Automatically send your Calendly-style booking link by SMS or email during the call.

Not using Google Calendar or Outlook? Kalyvox can send the caller your booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, Microsoft Bookings or any other public link) during the call. The caller picks their own slot — no call-back needed.

Enable link sharing

  1. 1

    Open Configuration > Appointments

    Select the “Booking link” mode.
  2. 2

    Paste your link

For example https://calendly.com/your-company/30min. The link must be public and usable without an account.
  3. 3

    Choose the delivery channel

SMS when the number supports it, email otherwise, or both. You can customise the message sent.

One mode at a time

Link sharing, Google Calendar and Outlook are mutually exclusive. Turn off the current mode to switch.

How the call works

  • The caller asks for an appointment.
  • Kalyvox checks whether the number can receive an SMS (mobile) and, if so, texts the link during the call.
  • If the number is a landline, withheld or not reachable by SMS, the assistant asks for an email address and sends the link by email.
  • If the caller prefers not to share anything, the call is still logged in Calls so you can follow up.

Track deliveries

Every delivery appears in the call detail in the Calls dashboard: channel used, recipient, delivery status and link opening. If delivery fails (invalid number, wrong email), the reason is shown so you can follow up.
