Call flow
- 1
Call to your usual number
The customer dials your main number. Call forwarding redirects it to Kalyvox. - 2
AI agent answers
Kali greets the caller, identifies the request and asks the necessary questions. - 3
Ticket creation
A call record is created in your dashboard with the transcript, summary and collected information. - 4
Notification
You receive an email and/or SMS depending on the contacts you configured.
Common scenarios
After hours
The AI answers even at night and on weekends. It informs the caller of your opening hours and takes a message or appointment.
Line busy
Set up no-answer or busy forwarding so Kalyvox only takes calls when you cannot answer.
Permanent replacement
You can let Kalyvox handle all inbound calls permanently and review tickets in the dashboard.
Review your calls
Go to the Calls section of the dashboard. You'll find the list of calls, statuses (new, in progress, resolved), priorities and details of each conversation.
